Oppenheimer raised the firm’s price target on Arcosa to $105 from $100 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Recent acquisitions and divestitures have transformed Arcosa into “a higher-growth, higher-margin, and less cyclical company,” the analyst tells investors. Construction Products now contributes about 65% to pro-forma EBITDA, notes the analyst, who has identified about $75M of “understated EBITDA.”
