Wells Fargo analyst Elyse Greenspan raised the firm’s price target on Arch Capital (ACGL) to $108 from $106 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm notes Arch Capital traded down on the weaker premium growth plus its view on the market becoming more competitive. Wells still sees Arch generating a strong ROE in addition to strong capital return, which to the firm poses an attractive risk/reward at this valuation.
