Citizens JMP analyst Steven DeLaney lowered the firm’s price target on Arbor Realty (ABR) to $15 from $16.50 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Arbor’s distributable EPS handily beat consensus, but the firm tells investors in a research note that consensus may reflect a mix of GAAP and distributable estimates, which are not comparable. Arbor said that it now expects 2025 quarterly distributable EPS to be in a range of 30c-35c per quarter as elevated interest rates have become a more significant headwind for commercial real estate investors and borrowers, the firm notes.
