The firm says underlying business momentum looks strong, but the quarter’s revenue and earnings were impacted by client-driven timing delays in new contract starts across its Corrections, Workplace Experience, and Healthcare divisions, delaying revenue into FY26. Stifel’s modeling changes, at a high level, are modeling to the “zig-zag” revenue pattern just described, with the associated impacts to margins.
