JPMorgan raised the firm’s price target on Antero Resources (AR) to $49 from $44 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares as part of a Q2 earnings preview. The firm sees a Q2 financial miss for the company versus consensus, reflecting mark-to-market for bid-week pricing and softer natural gas liquid realizations. However, JPMorgan believes premium natural gas realizations are still Intact for the second half of 2025.
