Amryt Pharma is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice of England and Wales has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement providing for the proposed acquisition of Amryt by Chiesi Farmaceutici at a hearing held on March 31, 2023. The parties expect the closing of the Transaction to take place in mid-April 2023.
