Citizens JMP analyst Greg Miller raised the firm’s price target on American Tower (AMT) to $260 from $248 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. American Tower reported “solid” Q1 results, producing the highest quarterly services revenue and gross profit since 2021, indicative of accelerating new site demand, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes the near-term headwinds from elevated Sprint churn associated with the decommissioning process is well understood, and expects core organic revenue growth of more than 5% in 2025 and beyond.
