Roth Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Ambarella (AMBA) to $65 from $85 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company guided above consensus, reflecting demand from edge AI applications, and the firm expects continued sequential growth from both auto and Internet of Things, though it has also reduced its forward revenue estimates modestly to reflect the tariff-related auto demand uncertainty, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Roth adds that its lower price target also reflects the overall market valuations.
