Stifel analyst Simon Yarmak lowered the firm’s price target on Alpine Income Property (PINE) to $17.50 from $18.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company reported Q2 AFFO per share of 44c, which the analyst notes was 2c below the firm’s estimate and 1c below the Street consensus.
