Stephens analyst Jeff Lick lowered the firm’s price target on ACV Auctions (ACVA) to $11.50 from $16 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares after the company reported Q2 results. Comparisons get tougher in Q3 and Q4, meaning a quick bounce back recovery quarter is “unlikely,” says the analyst, who adds that 2026 “sets up as a pivotal year.” While arguing that “it would be inaccurate to conclude there is anything wrong with ACVA’s business based on 2Q25 results,” the issues are “reasonably high expectations and a rather robust valuation,” the analyst added.
