Mizuho lowered the firm’s price target on Accenture (ACN) to $309 from $348 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company reported stronger than expected fiscal Q4 results with an initial fiscal 2026 outlook that is relatively in-line with investor expectations, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm cites lower industry multiples for the target cut but sees Accenture’s gross margin pressure and its business optimization program as “transitory headwinds.” The company continues to make the necessary investments and changes to succeed in the generative artificial intelligence era, contends Mizuho.
