Shaul Eyal has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to SentinelOne’s strengthening market position and execution trajectory. He expects the company to capture additional market share through 2026, supported by growing traction of its Singularity platform with both new and existing customers, including high-end enterprise and government accounts. The current deal pipeline, which features several large, multi-million-dollar opportunities and the Flex program that eases procurement, reinforces his view that SentinelOne is evolving beyond an SMB-focused perception. In his view, this demand backdrop, combined with a stable competitive environment and durable gross margins in the high‑70s range, underpins a favorable growth outlook.
At the same time, Eyal highlights that ongoing investments in sales and marketing, alongside the build-out of the leadership team in roles such as CMO and CFO, should enhance near-term and medium-term execution without derailing the company’s path to improving profitability. He remains confident in his forecast for positive operating margins in FY26 and sees further margin expansion into the high single digits by FY27 as scale benefits materialize. Given this combination of sustained growth, improving margin profile, and a valuation at roughly 4x FY27 revenue estimates, he believes successful execution could drive multiple expansion. These considerations collectively support his Buy recommendation on SentinelOne shares.

In another report released on January 12, Bernstein also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $21.00 price target.
