Muneeba Kayani has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors that highlight Ryanair’s solid operational momentum and earnings outlook. The company is expected to lift its full-year 2026 passenger target after traffic growth in the first nine months already exceeded prior guidance, and the analyst has accordingly raised her own volume forecast. She also anticipates management will introduce a profit-after-tax guidance range that broadly aligns with market expectations, reinforcing confidence in the earnings trajectory. In addition, modest fare growth and higher ancillary revenue per passenger are seen supporting revenue, while cost inflation, including fuel, remains manageable within Ryanair’s low-cost structure.
Muneeba Kayani’s rating is based on the view that the current share price does not fully reflect Ryanair’s earnings power and growth prospects. The stock offers an implied upside to her €32.30 price objective, and trades at a forward earnings multiple roughly in line with its long‑term average despite an attractive forecast EPS compound growth through 2029. She emphasizes Ryanair’s strengthening market position, robust balance sheet with net cash, and healthy cash generation as key supports for the investment case. Taken together, these factors justify reiterating a Buy recommendation on the shares.
In another report released on January 15, Deutsche Bank also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a €33.00 price target.
