Stan Berenshteyn has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors that highlight Omnicell’s strong financial performance and future prospects. The company reported a significant revenue and adjusted EBITDA beat in the second quarter, surpassing both the high end of its guidance range and consensus estimates. This positive performance was primarily driven by robust product revenue, which contributed to an impressive adjusted EBITDA margin of 13.2%, well above the guidance midpoint.
Additionally, Omnicell’s management has raised its 2025 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance, citing a high level of visibility into the year’s performance, with expectations of 95% to 100% visibility. The company’s efforts to mitigate supply chain risks, particularly in reducing reliance on Chinese tariffs, further support its growth outlook. These factors, combined with the company’s ongoing product rollouts and improvements, suggest that Omnicell is well-positioned for continued success, justifying the Buy rating.

In another report released yesterday, Craig-Hallum also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $0.00 price target.

OMCL’s price has also changed moderately for the past six months – from $44.990 to $31.010, which is a -31.07% drop .
