Alberto Francese has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors indicating potential recovery and growth for Biesse SPA. Despite the weak results in the first nine months of 2025, there are signs of stabilization as the third quarter showed a slowdown in revenue and EBITDA contraction. Management has suggested that the order intake cycle has likely reached its lowest point, and a recent reorganization at the C-level aims to support business recovery with a more efficient structure.
Furthermore, the company’s efficiency measures have already begun to yield positive results, contributing to operational cost savings. The anticipated recovery in order intake, coupled with a strategic reinforcement of the salesforce, is expected to improve revenues and profitability in the near term. With a target price of EUR 8, representing a 43% upside potential from the current share price, Francese sees limited risk of downward estimate revisions, making the stock an attractive buy opportunity.
