William Power has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors that highlight Apple’s durable competitive position and attractive risk-reward profile. He points to the company’s powerful ecosystem of devices and services, which continues to deepen customer loyalty and support recurring revenue growth. In his view, Apple’s ongoing innovation pipeline, particularly in high-margin services and next-generation hardware, should sustain earnings expansion and help offset any cyclical hardware softness. He also notes that Apple’s strong balance sheet and significant free cash flow generation provide ample flexibility for continued share repurchases and dividends, enhancing total shareholder returns.

Additionally, Power believes Apple is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging technology trends, including AI-driven features across its software and hardware portfolio. He sees room for upside as new product categories and services scale over time, supporting both revenue growth and margin resilience. When combined with Apple’s global brand strength and its track record of executing through different macro environments, these factors underpin his conviction that the shares offer appealing upside from current levels. As a result, he reiterates a Buy rating, viewing Apple as a core long-term holding for investors seeking both stability and growth.

In another report released on January 13, Evercore ISI also assigned a Buy rating to the stock with a $330.00 price target.

Based on the recent corporate insider activity of 34 insiders, corporate insider sentiment is negative on the stock. This means that over the past quarter there has been an increase of insiders selling their shares of AAPL in relation to earlier this year.
