SHEIN has unveiled its inaugural Summer of Sport campaign in Canada, offering a selection of performance-driven fashion pieces at discounts of up to 50%. Running from July 21 to August 31, the campaign underscores SHEIN’s strategic expansion into the sportstyle category, catering to a growing demand for versatile, stylish activewear. The collection includes high-performance leggings, tennis skirts, gym sets, and recovery wear, available across women’s, men’s, curve, and kids’ ranges. Shirley Yuan, head of marketing at SHEIN Canada, highlighted the campaign’s focus on blending function and fashion, noting the sport category as one of the fastest-growing segments for SHEIN in Canada.
To further engage with customers, SHEIN is hosting a limited-time activation at the Tennis Giant retail space during the National Bank Open in Montreal from July 26 to August 7. This initiative allows customers to experience the sport and tennis-inspired styles firsthand, coinciding with the tournament’s vibrant atmosphere. Although not officially affiliated with the event, the activation offers a tactile shopping experience, complete with curated edits and complimentary gifts with purchase. Additionally, Canadian tennis player Carson Branstine will make an appearance on July 27, aligning with SHEIN’s sportstyle momentum. This campaign not only reinforces SHEIN’s commitment to accessible fashion but also positions the brand as a key player in the sportstyle market, appealing to a diverse range of consumers seeking both performance and lifestyle apparel.
