The company has entered into a partnership with Rakett69 and Rakett69 Science Studios in Estonia, a national science show and learning space focused on practical STEM education for young people. The collaboration includes a Bolt-branded science studio in Tallinn where groups will work on real-world Bolt-related challenges, a national TV component in which participants address practical engineering problems, and a €6,000 award for the season’s top young talent.
From an investor perspective, this initiative is primarily a long-term talent and brand investment rather than a near-term revenue driver. By aligning with a nationally recognized STEM program, Bolt is positioning itself to strengthen its employer brand among early-career engineers and technologists, which could support its hiring pipeline in a competitive labor market. The focus on real-world engineering challenges also reinforces Bolt’s image as a technology-focused mobility and services platform, potentially enhancing its reputation with regulators, partners, and customers in the region. While the direct financial impact is likely modest, such initiatives can contribute to lower long-term recruitment costs, improved innovation capacity, and stronger local stakeholder relationships—factors that may support Bolt’s operational performance and competitive position over time.
