WiSA Technologies, Inc. (WISA) just unveiled an update.
WiSA Technologies, Inc. announced the resignation of Lisa Cummins from its board, effective June 12, 2024, with no disagreements causing her departure. Concurrently, Kimberly Briskey was appointed to the board and will serve on the Audit Committee until the next stockholders’ meeting. Briskey’s directorship does not stem from any prior arrangements and she’ll receive equity compensation under the company’s incentive plan. WiSA issued a press release on June 12 to publicize Briskey’s appointment.
