Warpaint London PLC has announced a cash acquisition of Brand Architekts Group PLC, valuing the company at approximately £13.88 million, with a 100% premium over its recent share price. Shareholders can opt for a cash payout of 48 pence per share or receive new Warpaint shares, which the Warpaint Board believes will enhance growth and profitability through strategic synergies and cost efficiencies.
