Vontier Board Expands with New Independent Director

Vontier (VNT) has provided an announcement.

Vontier Corporation’s Board of Directors is expanding from nine to ten members with the addition of Mr. James Darrell Thomas. His term as a Class II director will last until the 2025 annual stockholders’ meeting, receiving the standard compensation for non-employee directors. Deemed independent under New York Stock Exchange guidelines, Mr. Thomas has no prior arrangements or reportable transactions that influenced his appointment.
