Volta Finance ( (NL:VTA) ) has provided an announcement.
Volta Finance Limited has confirmed that BNP Paribas Asset Management Europe has become its new investment manager with effect from 31 December 2025, following the completion of the merger between AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP Paribas Asset Management Europe. The existing investment management agreement, including fee levels and key terms, has been transferred to the new manager without alteration, and the board does not expect any material changes to the company’s current management arrangements, signalling continuity for shareholders and other stakeholders despite the change in investment management entity.
More about Volta Finance
Volta Finance Limited is a Guernsey-incorporated, exchange-listed investment company focused on structured finance, with shares traded on Euronext Amsterdam and the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. Regulated under the EU Transparency Directive via the Dutch AFM, the company aims to preserve capital over the credit cycle and deliver a stable, quarterly income stream to shareholders, primarily through exposure to collateralised loan obligations (CLOs) and related asset classes, while retaining the flexibility to pursue a broader mix of structured finance assets opportunistically. Volta has appointed BNP Paribas Asset Management Europe, which has a specialised structured credit division, to manage all of its assets.
