Vmoto Limited has announced a strategic £497k investment in Zenion Limited, a UK-based company specializing in leasing and managing electric delivery vehicles for the last mile delivery sector. This partnership is set to enhance operational synergies and accelerate growth by expanding Vmoto’s B2B footprint in Europe and leveraging Zenion’s established relationships with major delivery platforms. The investment grants Vmoto an 11% equity stake in Zenion, with the latter planning to increase its fleet to 2,000 Vmoto electric vehicles within six months.
