Vintage Energy Ltd. ( (AU:VEN) ) has issued an announcement.

Vintage Energy Ltd. reported quarterly sales revenue of $0.78 million for the three months to 31 December 2025, down 13% on the prior quarter, driven by lower gas production of 0.06 PJe. Cash remained largely steady at $1.67 million despite a net operating cash outflow, as proceeds from the divestment of exploration permit PEP 171 offset exploration and evaluation spending, while borrowings net of cash edged up to $8.33 million. Operationally, the company continued the second phase of its Production Uplift Program aimed at de-watering and establishing Toolachee gas production, with zero lost-time injuries recorded for the period. Strategically, Vintage moved to reshape its Southern Flank interests by executing a conditional agreement to acquire Metgasco’s 25% stakes in ATP 2021 and PRL 211 for $5.9 million and committing to consider a similarly priced acquisition of Bridgeport’s 25% stakes, a move intended to consolidate ownership, revitalise activity, and pivot the assets from appraisal toward cash-generating production, subject to funding and completion milestones in early 2026.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:VEN) stock is a Sell with a A$0.01 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Vintage Energy Ltd. stock, see the AU:VEN Stock Forecast page.
