The latest announcement is out from Verity Resources ( (AU:VRL) ).
Verity Resources has secured Exploration Licence E39/2558 at its Monument Gold Project in Western Australia’s Laverton Goldfields, more than doubling its contiguous landholding to approximately 405km². The newly granted 210km² tenement, which lies adjacent to and along strike of Genesis Minerals’ large Laverton project and the Westralia gold deposit, is considered highly prospective and opens significant scope for resource growth beyond the current 154,000-ounce Korong-Waihi mineral resource. The company plans a geophysical review, historic data compilation and field reconnaissance to define new drill targets, with further assays pending from an 11,000m drilling campaign aimed at upgrading and expanding the existing resource, potentially enhancing Verity’s exploration portfolio and strategic position in a world-class gold district.
