Veidekke Logistikkbygg has secured a NOK 290 million design-and-build contract from Oxfor Eiendom to construct a 17,000 m² administration, warehouse and production facility for electronics manufacturer Norautron at Skoppum in Horten. The project, tailored to Norautron’s advanced EMS operations serving maritime, defence, healthcare and aerospace sectors, is set to start this spring with completion before summer 2027, and will be booked in Veidekke’s order intake for the first quarter of 2026, strengthening its pipeline in large commercial buildings and deepening its partnership with Oxfor Eiendom in Norway’s industrial property market.
