Uniserve Communications Corporation has announced a share consolidation of its common shares at a 3:1 ratio to enhance financial flexibility for potential opportunities and strategic acquisitions. The consolidation will take effect on October 31, 2024, following approval at the 2023 Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Mr. Kwin Grauer has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board.
