Toyota Tsusho will inject up to AUD 79 million (JPY 8,086 million) into its wholly owned Australian subsidiary, TOYOTA TSUSHO (AUSTRALASIA) PTY. LTD. (TTALA), raising the unit’s capital to as much as AUD 80 million (JPY 8,188 million) and formally designating it as a specified subsidiary.
