Town Health International Medical Group Ltd. has initiated legal proceedings to claim a shortfall in profit guarantee from the acquisition of Central Medical Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, amounting to HK$97,956,690. The sellers failed to meet the financial targets for the year ended March 31, 2023, and have also missed the deadline to pay the claim amount. The company will continue to update shareholders in compliance with listing rules.
