TotalEnergies SE ( (FR:TTE) ) just unveiled an announcement.

TotalEnergies has repurchased 650,358 of its own shares between 29 and 30 December 2025, for a total consideration of €36.56 million at a weighted average price of €56.22 per share, under the share buyback authorizations granted by shareholders in May 2025. The transactions, executed across several European trading venues, underscore the company’s continued use of share repurchases as a capital allocation tool, which can support earnings per share and signal management’s confidence in the group’s financial position to investors.
