TotalEnergies SE ( (FR:TTE) ) has shared an update.

TotalEnergies has repurchased 2,703,687 of its own shares between 15 and 19 December 2025, at a weighted average price of €55.48 per share, for a total outlay of just under €150 million. The buybacks, executed across Euronext Paris and several European trading venues under shareholder authorisations, underscore the company’s continued use of share repurchases as a capital allocation tool, which can enhance earnings per share and signal confidence in its financial position to investors.
