TKO Group Settles Athlete Class-Action Suit for $375 Million

The latest announcement is out from TKO Group Holdings ( (TKO) ).

TKO Operating Company, LLC and its affiliates, including its parent company Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc., have agreed to settle a consolidated class-action lawsuit brought by former UFC athletes for $375 million. The lawsuit accused TKO of violating antitrust laws under Section 2 of the Sherman Act. The settlement, which will be paid out over time and is expected to be tax-deductible, comes after a previous agreement was rejected and will now be submitted for court approval.
