Tianyun International Holdings Limited has appointed Mr. Kwok Kai Bun Bennie as an independent non-executive director amidst a reshuffle in its board committees. Mr. Kwok, with over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, will also join the audit and investigation committees.
