An announcement from PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk ( (TLK) ) is now available.

On 6 January 2026, Telkom Indonesia reported a restructuring of state shareholdings in the company involving the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency (Badan Pengaturan BUMN, BP BUMN) and PT Danantara Asset Management (DAM). Under a share transfer agreement, DAM handed over 516,023,535 Series B shares in Telkom to BP BUMN, resulting in BP BUMN holding 1 Series A Dwiwarna share with special rights and 516,023,535 Series B shares, while DAM’s stake decreased to 51,086,330,024 Series B shares. The transaction, recorded in the company’s shareholder register on 6 January 2026 and carried out to comply with Indonesia’s updated State-Owned Enterprises law, slightly adjusts the internal distribution of state ownership without changing the Republic of Indonesia’s status as Telkom’s ultimate controlling shareholder, ensuring continued state control while aligning with new regulatory requirements for SOEs and their investment structures.
