The issuance comprises €900 million 5.25-year non-call 2031 securities with an initial 4.381% coupon and €850 million 8.25-year non-call 2034 securities with an initial 4.881% coupon, both perpetual in nature with call options, interest deferral features, and step-up margins linked to relevant swap rates; net proceeds will be allocated under Telefónica’s Sustainable Financing Framework in line with international green and social bond and loan principles, reinforcing the group’s capital structure and its commitment to sustainable financing.
