TASK Group Holdings Delays Key Meetings

Plexure Group Limited (AU:TSK) has released an update.

TASK Group Holdings Limited has postponed its Scheme Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting to a later date, awaiting approval from the Supreme Court of New South Wales to provide supplementary information to its shareholders about the proposed acquisition by PAR Technology Corporation. Despite the adjournment, the company expects to maintain the scheduled implementation of the acquisition on July 19, 2024. The TASK board unanimously recommends shareholders to vote in favor of the acquisition, with the reminder to review the Scheme Booklet detailing the directors’ interests and reasons for and against the scheme.
