Tarek Helal stepped down from his roles on the Boards of Directors of BayFirst Financial Corp. and BayFirst National Bank to preclude any perceived conflict of interest as he embarks on a new role at Raymond James Financial. His resignation was amicable, with no disagreements with the financial institutions noted.
