The latest update is out from Syzygy AG ( (DE:SYZ) ).
Syzygy AG reported preliminary figures for 2025 showing net sales of €57 million, an 18% decline year-on-year, and an operating loss before goodwill impairments of €1.2 million, as restructuring expenses and subdued demand weighed on profitability. While operating cash flow remained positive at about €5.2 million and bank liabilities were fully repaid, goodwill impairments of €4.7 million and weak performance particularly in Poland pushed the group to a net loss of €5.7 million and negative earnings per share. The German core business, which represents 80% of group revenue, also saw an 18% sales drop but still achieved a modest operating margin of 4%, whereas the UK and US segment stagnated with a negative margin and Poland’s revenues shrank sharply. Looking ahead, the company is betting on AI-driven services and client solutions and on the effects of its 2025 restructuring programme to restore profitability, guiding for 2026 sales of around €50 million and a significantly improved EBIT margin of 3–4%, signalling a strategic shift toward higher-value digital offerings despite a challenging macroeconomic backdrop.
The most recent analyst rating on (DE:SYZ) stock is a Hold with a EUR1.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Syzygy AG stock, see the DE:SYZ Stock Forecast page.
