Suncorporation has announced an amendment to Hebara Holdco II, L.P.’s tender offer, raising the purchase price for its shares from JPY 4,750 to JPY 5,500. The tender offer period has also been extended by 7 business days, now ending on August 15, 2024, with the settlement date pushed to August 22, 2024. Additionally, the minimum number of shares required for the offer has been reduced significantly, reflecting a change in the shareholding ratio from 15% to 5%.
