Summit Midstream Launches Senior Notes Buyback Offer

Summit Midstream (SMLP) has provided an update.

Summit Midstream Partners, LP has announced a cash tender offer by its subsidiaries to buy back $215 million of their 8.5% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2026. The offer, priced at the full principal amount plus accrued interest, is set to close on June 5, 2024, unless altered or prematurely terminated.
