Strathmore Plus Energy ( (TSE:SUU) ) has issued an update.
Strathmore Plus Uranium has expanded its Agate Project in Wyoming’s Shirley Basin by staking 24 additional mining claims to the north of its currently permitted exploration area, bringing its total to 124 claims over roughly 2,560 acres. Drawing on extensive historical data from Kerr-McGee and others, the company reports strong 2025 drilling results, with 95% of drill holes intersecting mineralization and significant extensions to both northern and southern mineralized sand trends, and it plans further drilling, expanded permitting to a broader Plan of Operation, core studies and chemical assays, and the preparation of a technical report that could support a mineral resource estimate, underscoring Agate’s potential as an ISR-style uranium project in a competitive district where several major peers are also active.
