Stockland Announces Hybrid AGM and Director Retirement

Stockland (AU:SGP) has released an update.

Stockland has announced its upcoming hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Meeting of Unit Holders, scheduled for 21 October 2024, which will be accessible both online and in-person. Securityholders can participate in voting and discussions through multiple channels, although phone participants must vote by proxy or online. Additionally, the company has disclosed the retirement of director Ms Christine O’Reilly following the meetings.
