Stellar AfricaGold Inc., a Canadian exploration company, has successfully completed a debt settlement by issuing over 2.7 million common shares to clear $135,600 of debt with two creditors. A further settlement involving the issuance of additional shares to a non-arms length creditor is pending disinterested shareholder approval. The transactions are part of Stellar’s focus on managing its finances while advancing precious metal exploration projects in Côte d’Ivoire and Morocco.
