Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd (SWEF) has declared its sixth capital distribution of £80 million to shareholders, funded by significant Q2 2024 loan repayments and available cash. The distribution will be executed via a compulsory partial redemption of shares at £1.0492 each, with an expected completion by 31 July 2024. The Chairman, John Whittle, expressed satisfaction with the portfolio’s progress and the company’s continued efforts to return capital to shareholders.
