Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust has reported a net asset value (NAV) per share decrease of 2.2% for Q1 2024, with an overall portfolio devaluation of 0.9%, driven mainly by the office sector. Despite robust rent collection at 99%, strategic review costs and abortive corporate activities impacted the NAV. The company maintains a strong balance sheet, with £33.2 million available for investment and a maintained dividend rate of 4p per share annually.
