S&T Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company headquartered in Indiana, Pennsylvania, operating primarily in the financial services sector through its principal subsidiary, S&T Bank, which has been serving customers since 1902 in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

S&T Bancorp reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2025, revealing a net income of $31.9 million, or $0.83 per diluted share. This represents a slight decrease from the previous quarter’s net income of $33.4 million and the same quarter last year’s $34.4 million.

Key highlights from the quarter include strong return metrics with a return on average assets of 1.32% and a return on average equity of 8.91%. The company experienced a growth in net interest income by $3.3 million, driven by a 3.90% increase, and an expansion in net interest margin to 3.88%. Additionally, total portfolio loans grew by $98.1 million, and total deposits increased by $28.0 million.

Despite the slight dip in net income, S&T Bancorp maintained strong asset quality, with nonperforming assets decreasing to $21.3 million. The allowance for credit losses was $98.6 million, and net charge-offs were recorded at $1.2 million for the quarter.
