SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust ( (DIA) ) has issued an announcement.
PDR Services LLC has announced that the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust will be renamed the State Street SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust, effective February 24, 2026, with its trading name changing to SS SPDR DJIA USD and its short name already aligned accordingly. The trust deed was amended on December 19, 2025 to reflect the new name and make editorial updates, but the ETF’s investment objective, focus and approach remain unchanged, existing unitholdings are unaffected, and an updated prospectus will be registered with Singapore’s regulator around the effective date, indicating that the move is primarily a branding and administrative refresh rather than a shift in strategy or operations.
