Sparebanken Vest ( (SPIZF) ) has shared an announcement.
Sparebanken Norge is a Norwegian savings bank offering retail and corporate banking services such as deposits, loans, mortgages and savings products, primarily focused on the Norwegian market.
The bank has transferred 27,892 equity certificates from its own holdings to employees under its employee savings program, with employees of the former Oslofjord Sparebank and Sørmegleren AS granted similar discounted subscription terms in December 2025. After this transfer, Sparebanken Norge holds 54,443 equity certificates. The move reduces the bank’s treasury holdings while increasing employee ownership and aligns incentives through the employee savings scheme; the transfer was executed from existing bank holdings rather than through new issuance.
