As of September 2025, the company holds interests in 53 buildings totaling 30.7 million square feet.

In its third-quarter 2025 earnings report, SL Green Realty Corp. announced a net income attributable to common stockholders of $0.34 per share, a significant turnaround from a net loss of $0.21 per share in the same period last year. The company also reported funds from operations (FFO) of $1.58 per share, up from $1.13 per share in the third quarter of 2024.
