Skanska AB ( ($SE:SKA.B) ) just unveiled an update.
Skanska has secured a NOK 363 million (about SEK 330 million) contract from OBOS Block Watne to build the Byfjordporten residential project in Askøy, Norway, adding to its Nordic order bookings for the first quarter of 2026. The development will create a new neighborhood in Florvåg with 98 residential units in 10 buildings and associated infrastructure, including a new access road and tunnel, reinforcing the area’s appeal as a waterfront residential hub with good public transport links, and construction is set to begin immediately with completion and handover scheduled for 2028.
